Milpitas, CA – March 20, 2006– A&D introduces the new AD-4212A Production Weighing System designed for high resolution processing.  Its incredibly quick Super Hybrid Sensor Technology makes it ideal for high-speed weighing and filling, checkweighing, and remote weighing applications.  Response times are better than twice as fast as conventional technology!

The compact weighing module can be placed anywhere in a production line and allows for a custom-designed weighing pan.  The bright vacuum fluorescent display unit is rated IP-54 for use in virtually any environment and can be located up to six feet from the weighing unit, or further with optional cable extensions.  Standard features include RS-232C interface, A&D’s exclusive WinCT Windows Communication software, and comparator output with HI, OK or LO indication. 

The AD-4212A provides GLP/GMP compliance with data output of weight and calibration data, as well as unit mass information for the counting mode or over/under limit values.  Remote re-zero operation with standard external contact is also standard.  The system comes in four capacities from 110g x 0.1mg to 1100g x 1mg.
