We are pleased to announce the promotion of Frank Marrone as a Senior Vice President, which has been approved at A&D's Annual Board Meeting.
 
The A&D Board highly appreciates Frank’s expertise in managing the Operations Department and the Weighing Division. Frank has proven his success over the years as he has moved from managing the various departments of Operations, Materials Management, Services, Shipping and Receiving, Customer Service, and the Weighing Division’s sales and marketing functions.  He has been able to gain efficiencies and improve operations throughout the various departments he managed.
 
The Board recognizes Frank’s long time dedication to A&D Engineering and is delighted to have his continued support to the new President and CEO. We will rely more on Frank’s experience and knowledge of the company,  the industry and  the market in his new role, getting more involved in the overall Company issues, especially from the operations perspectives.
 
In facing this competitive environment, we must always strengthen and enhance the function of our organization and prepare for our future growth.  We are pleased that Frank will be part of our team to prepare for that future growth.
